Lightbolt is a DJ + sound artist who creates, manipulates, and spins outernational sounds.

He is a multi-instrumentalist with a global headset: mashing up sounds from the East to the West, Latin America to Africa, and all manner of contemporary fusion. He has traveled extensively in search of sounds.  

His sets stimulate the global cortex as well as the dance floor. Based in the Bronx, he has performed for Exit Art, Performa 09 at El Museo del Barrio, The Bronx Museum, Third Streaming, NYFA, and The Lab for Installation and Performance Art, and presided over nightlife at places like The Shrine, The Frying Pan, BeautyBar, and Kush. He spent December 2010 in Bangkok, Thailand, through an apexart Outbound Residency.
